Specialisations

Elaina specialises in commercial dispute resolution and International arbitration and has a broad range of experience acting for both claimants and defendants in shareholder disputes, breach of warranty claims and cross-border disputes. She has acted in a number of misselling claims involving investment banks and has been involved in a wide range of pro bono projects promoting access to justice.

Career

Elaina studied at Oxford University, BA Philosophy and Theology (1st Class Honours) and then LPC at the College of Law London (Distinction). She trained at Linklaters LLP and became an associate in their commercial litigation department before joining Stewarts Law in August 2011.

Personal

Elaina's interests include food and wine, skiing and watching rugby.
