LEEDS litigation firm Stewarts Law is to be the sponsor of the city's first ever major exhibition dedicated to the life and work of one of Yorkshire's most famous artistic sons, Henry Moore.
The touring exhibition of the great 20th Century sculptor's work arrives at Leeds Art Gallery in March following stints at Tate Britain in London and the Art Gallery of Ontario in Toronto, Canada.
The exhibition is expected to be a major draw for both local visitors and tourists to the city over its three month showing.
Daniel Herman, head of Stewarts Law in Leeds, said the firm was delighted to have agreed a partnership deal with Leeds Art Gallery.
"This is potentially one of the biggest art exhibitions to come to Leeds in many years and we are very happy to be involved. Entrance to the exhibition will be free so we are happy to help the gallery to cover the costs of staging such a prestigious show, and we hope this can be the start of a more long-term relationship."
The Henry Moore Exhibition will be showing at Leeds Art Gallery from March 4 to June 12.
