Stewarts Law continues to strengthen its antitrust litigation and clinical negligence departments with the appointment of two new solicitors.
Tristan Feunteun has joined the Antitrust Litigation department in London as a solicitor. He studied social sciences at the London School of Economics and Emmanuel College, Cambridge. After working as an investment analyst in the US and UK, he converted to law at City University (CPE, Distinction; LLB, First) and BPP. He was a Trainee Solicitor at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP, working in London and Amsterdam, as well as in Brussels as part of the Competition team. Joining a litigation fund in The Hague on qualification, he worked there as a Legal Counsel for two years, involved in all aspects of two class actions against cartels in the air cargo and elevator industries.
Victoria Oakley has joined as a solicitor in the Clinical Negligence department in Leeds. She studied Law at The Nottingham Trent University. As part of her sandwich degree she worked for a year in a personal injury firm in Manchester. She then completed the LPC at Nottingham Law School before returning to Manchester in 2008 when she joined Express Solicitors where she specialised in clinical negligence. Victoria completed her training contract at Express Solicitors at the end of 2011 and joins Stewarts Law as a newly qualified solicitor.
