Stuart is a litigation lawyer. He is top ranked within Chambers and Partners, one of the leading guides to the legal profession in the United Kingdom and is noted as a leading litigator in the Legal 500.

Stuart acts for claimants in UK and international aviation cases and has expertise in high value and complex personal injury and fatal accident claims. He has been involved in a number of high profile trials in the High Court in London as well as cases in the United States and Europe.

In addition to his role as a lawyer, Stuart has served as the Head of Business Development for more than 10 years during which time the Firm has become established as an international litigation-only law firm.

Career

Stuart qualified as a solicitor in 1996 and joined Stewarts law in 1998. He was appointed as a Partner and the Head of Marketing and Business Development at the Firm in 2000.

Personal

Stuart lives in London, is married to Lucy and has three daughters. He plays football and runs marathons - two so far.
